Christmas Time/Spring fair welcomes you to the Central House of Artists from April, 4 till April, 7 2011. Being with international tendencies, this year Christmas Time spring fair expands “festive theme”. The key subject of Christmas Time 2011 is a corporate holiday and its constituents: illumination, animation, catering, presents, pyrotechnics and sound.

NEW THEME AT CHRISTMAS TIME/SPRING

Thus, a new thematic division – Party Time – appeared at Christmas Time/Spring. Party Time is a project for and about organization and decoration of corporate and festive events; it is unique in scale and scope. Besides, Party Time is concurrent to Design and Advertising exhibition; no doubt the programs of both exhibitions will be mutually enriched. The visitors will be able to choose necessary goods for different events, attend master-classes and shows of the leading event-agencies at the new hall of CHA.

NEW HALL AT CHA

In 2010 new multi-format hall DNK (DNA) is put into operation at the Central House of Artists. At this hall there are available the up-to-date equipment, exhibition grounds, media programs, music stage, bar and banquet zone – every possible thing for any kind of corporate event. By the way, DNK hall has already been successfully tested by Christmas and New Year parties, performances of the popular DJs and youth festivals.

Thus, Party Time occupies the unique exhibition ground at the heart of Moscow – at the Central House of Artists, which fits both art and specialized exhibitions and fairs.

THEMATIC DIVISION

Beside new theme, 140 companies traditionally present at Christmas Time:

  • Christmas decorations, artificial trees,
  • Decorative lighting technique, dynamic figures,
  • Carnival costumes and accessories, pyrotechnics,
  • Presents and souvenirs, postcards, candles,
  • Floristic compositions,
  • Gastronomic presents,
  • Festive tableware and textile,
  • Artificial snow, tinsel, package for presents.

    PROGRAM

    Special program of the fair announces:

  • “Live Tender” – direct contacts of suppliers and clients allow optimization of souvenir budget.
  • Round-table discussions of intra-sector tendencies, legislation, problems and targets of the industry, conferences. Moderators – the leading economic analysts of business mass-media.
  • “Trend-Show” program. The Fair is the inspiration for professionals in the industry, the show-room for international trends. By trends is meant the determinant combinations of colors and textures for festive events for the current year.
  • Branch contests. Competent jury chooses the best Christmas products: trees, decorative figures and Christmas-tree decorations.

    HISTORY OF THE PROJECT

    Christmas Time fair is held from 1999, from 2006 – twice a year. For over ten-year history this exhibition project has gained the reputation of the most important professional event in Russian holiday industry. Thus the main audience of the fair is the professional trade (over 80% is specialists). One third of the visitors are from Russian regions.

    Christmas Time/Spring is a show-room for trends in holiday industry, comfortable business area for negotiation, the best place to win a reputation for your company or confirm your status.

    Traditionally first two days of the fair were targeted at the specialists, thus the admission was by special invitations. Children and grandmothers stayed at home, because CHRISTMAS TIME was where Santa ment shopping!
